SPARE PARTS AVAILABILITY
Recognizing the integral need for spare parts throughout the life-cycle of a product for attaining optimum productivity, Al-Esra has a centrally located warehouse in Riyadh that houses the genuine spare parts, tooling, and accessories stocked for all the machines sold by A-Esra. Other unavailable parts are ordered upon request from our international partners directly to customer by DHL.
TRAINING & DEVELOPEMENT
Considering our commitment to develop the technical skills of machines operators, Al-Esra offers the following value added services:
Operator: Our professional engineers are available to train machines operators in-house and on site. This training is provided once there is a new machine installation or upon request
Technical Training: Al-Esra offers technical trainings to the factory staff so that they can eventually operate and maintain their machines independently. The Trainings schedule on a specific machine type could be organized upon request. A typical attendance of the factory staff could be the Plant managers and senior technicians.
AFTER SALES SERVICES
Building on the partnership commitment of Al-Esra with our customers, we are proud of the extensive after sales services offered to our clients to keep their machines running efficiently. All newly installed machines are supplied with warranty offered by our international partners, and technical support offered by our service team.
In case of machines breakdown, which may happen anywhere and at any time, Al-Esra service team will be there to support our customers instantly onsite by offerings the required service along with the support of our international partners. Requested spare parts could be supplied to customers directly from our stock or by dispatching the spare parts to our customers from our partners directly by DHL the soonest possible.
